Alana Listoe, Board President

Director of Community Relations, Shodair Children's Hospital
Began 2014

Alana Listoe grew up enjoying the backroads of the mid-west where she learned the value of hard-work, the commitment to family, and an appreciation for fresh air, good food, fast cars and music. After high school Alana moved west finding comfort in the slower pace, gigantic mountains, and open space. She attended college at the University of Oregon where earned a degree in journalism and remains a die-hard Duck fan.Alana has been a CASA advocate for 10 years and joined the board in 2014. She believes in giving a voice to young people in her professional and personal life. Alana loves gardening and dancing barefoot, but most of all relishes time with family.

Crystal Armstrong, PhD, Vice President

Project Consultant, Corporate Affairs, Cisco Systems, Inc.
Began 2019

Crystal is a researcher for Cisco Systems on the Strategy and Insights team. She conducts analyses and research on key Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives to help inform program development, strategic decision-making, and initiatives improvements. She also serves as Special Faculty at Creighton University, and consults on systems design and conflict management systems for small businesses and nonprofits.  Crystal has a BA from Montana State University, an MS from Creighton University, and  PhD from Kennesaw State University.  She is inspired by the work of the CASA staff and volunteers and seeks to support them as they work diligently to give kids a voice.  Originally from Billings, Crystal loves all the adventure Montana has to offer and enjoys exploring the state with her husband Tyler and their son.

 

Mandy Allen, Board Treasurer

Vice President/Bank Secrecy Act, Fraud, and Information and Physical Security Officer, Opportunity Bank
Began 2015

Mandy Allen is the Vice President/Bank Secrecy Act, Fraud, and Information and Physical Security Officer for Opportunity Bank of Montana.  She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and a Master’s Degree in Accounting with an emphasis in Forensic Accounting.  Her credentials include: Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA), Certified BSA/AML Professional (CBAP), and Certified Community Bank Security Officer (CCBSO).  In her spare time, she loves to hang out with her four children and six grandchildren.

Cheryl Bouvier, Board Secretary

Family Counselor, Cornerstone Counseling, LLP
Began 2017

Cheryl moved back to Montana in 1990.  She loved the mountains around Lewistown as a teenager and the return was better late than never.  She now lives in the mountains east of Helena.  It took 25 years to start living where her heart felt at home.  Cheryl has worked with children and their families in private practice for over 20 years.  She loves to be in contact with children's CASA advocates because she trusts they are looking out for the children in ways that affect their lives positively.  

 

Melissa Nichols

Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist
Began 2019

Melissa originates from Butte, Montana.  She is a Recreational Therapist on the acute units at Shodair Children's Hospital, where she has worked since 2015.  Melissa holds an Associate's of Applied Science in Accounting and Human Resources from Montana Tech, a Bachelor's of Science in Elementary Education and Special Education from University of Montana-Western, and a Master's of Business Administration in Hospital Administration from Concordia University- Portland.  Her work in Recreational Therapy was done at Eastern Washington University.  In her free time, Melissa enjoys spending time with her family and friends, barbequing, volunteering and reading.

 

Erika Wimmer

Youth Compliance Auditor, Department of Corrections, State of Montana
Began 2017

Erika was born and raised in Helena.  She attended the University of Montana and received a bachelor's degree in Psychology in 2003.  After spending eight years with the local Child and Family Services office as a Child Protection Specialist, she began working for the Department of Corrections as a Youth Compliance Auditor in the Quality Assurance office.  Because of the love she developed in working with children and their families and the vast experience, she put this knowledge to work volunteering as a CASA advocate. Erika has also participated in the planning process for the past three years in the annual CASA fundraiser, Light of Hope.  In her spare time, she enjoys boating, camping and spending time with family and friends

 

Mary Reynolds

Corporate Training Officer, Opportunity Bank of Montana
Began 2018

Mary grew up in Wyoming and British Columbia before her family moved to Deer Lodge for her high school years.  After high school, she attended Concordia University-Nebraska before leaving to "find herself."  She worked as a nanny in New York and Georgia before resettling back to Montana, where she completed her BA degree in English Literature at MSU-Bozeman.  Mary spent 22 years with Northrop Gumman in the help desk/training area, primarily working with Child/Adult Protective Services, before coming to OBMT.  She is training to become a CASA Advocate in addition to serving on the Board.  In her spare time, Mary enjoys traveling, camping, all things music related, spending time with friends, especially her Bobcat tailgate family, and watching all kinds of sports!

 

Sky Schaefer

Management Analyst, Department of Justice, Motor Vehicle Division
Began 2020

Sky has lived in Helena for seventeen years and has been involved in helping youth in need of care for more than eight years.  Sky and her husband have a teenager who keeps them busy.  She has an MBA from Western Governor's University, is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and has a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Washington State.  Sky looks forward to working on the CASA Board to help area youth in need of care.

 

 

Kelly Lampkin

Primary Therapist, Shodair Children's Hospital
Began 2020

Mr. Kelly Lampkin hails from Southeastern, North Carolina to Montana where he continues to spread his passion about the services for children and families of rural communities.  He is a proud graduate of University of North Carolina at Pembroke (BSW) and Clark Atlanta University School of Social Work (MSW).  He comes to the CASA Board with 30+ years of diversified experience.  He is a Primary Therapist for Shodair Children's Hospital where he is known for establishing strong connections with families and children in crisis.  Likewise, he is recognized for maintaining an excellent and stable presence with his "down home straight up" style of communication.  Favorite past times include traveling, interacting and connecting with people
